We want you to love your Warm Water Tees gear - but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help. You can return them for a refund or an exchange no problem!

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).
• “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@warmwatertees.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
• A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
