Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only. If an item is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: ship within 3 business days.
  • Preorder / Coming Soon: your order ships when inventory arrives. We’ll email updates and a tracking link once shipped.
  • Orders placed after 12pm PT may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time starts after your order ships (processing time is separate). Typical windows:

  • Economy (USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage): ~3–7 business days
  • Expedited (USPS Priority Mail): ~2–4 business days

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, or address issues can extend delivery times.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you need a change, contact us at sales@warmwatertees.com as soon as possible—once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email sales@warmwatertees.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/item.

Partial Shipments

To avoid delays, we may ship available items first and backordered items separately at no additional cost.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO when allowed by the selected service). We do not ship internationally at this time.
